These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of wynterot.com ("the Site"), owned and operated by Wynter OT LLC. Wynter OT is the parent brand of Wynter OT Resources, the resource shop and membership platform located at resourceswynterot.com, also owned and operated by Wynter OT LLC.

By accessing or using this Site, downloading free resources, or subscribing to the email list, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

3. Free Resources & Downloads Free resources available on wynterot.com are provided for personal and single classroom use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or uploaded to other platforms including but not limited to Teachers Pay Teachers, Google Classroom shared publicly, or social media. All free resources remain the intellectual property of Wynter OT LLC.

Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and original characters created by Wynter OT LLC, is the property of Wynter OT LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Original characters including but not limited to Chop Chop, Sandy, Olin, Caesar, and all other original characters appearing in Wynter OT LLC resources are the exclusive creative property of Wynter OT LLC and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without written permission. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Wynter OT LLC.
